We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Executive to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:  

1. HR Record Management

• Data management: enter, update and manage employee data (personal information, employee tracks in whole time working for company)
• Employee profiles management: Maintain and manage employee records accurately and securely.

2. HR Services 

• Implement paperwork tasks related to onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, dismissals, and appointments to ensure the efficiency and rigor of the HRBP operations within the system;
• Manage HRBP documents: labor regulations, benefits implementation procedures… to ensure risk management in employee relations;
• Act as a liaison between employees and the company, coordinating with other departments and functional units to address arising issues as needed.

3. HR Projects:

• Participate in the Group's HR projects (HR software projects, performance evaluation, etc.)

4. Other tasks as assigned by line manager
